Responsibilities
Formulate and review the company’s corporate governance and compliance policies and guidelines to ensure strict alignment with the Group’s corporate policies.
Coordinate with the Group’s GRC unit to execute assigned activities, including attending meetings, completing questionnaires/assessments, reporting non-compliance issues, managing complaints/whistleblowing channels, and facilitating training programs.
