Key Account Manager
Responsibilities
  • Manage strategy to balance gross to net and pricing of key accounts.

  • Conduct marketing campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers.

GRC Specialist
Responsibilities
  • Formulate and review the company’s corporate governance and compliance policies and guidelines to ensure strict alignment with the Group’s corporate policies.
  • Coordinate with the Group’s GRC unit to execute assigned activities, including attending meetings, completing questionnaires/assessments, reporting non-compliance issues, managing complaints/whistleblowing channels, and facilitating training programs.
  • Assess compliance and ethical risks, as well as other related risks, while collaborating with internal department heads to monitor enterprise-wide risk assessments.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all operational activities comply with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory authorities.
  • Analyze annual reports and synthesize key findings and recommendations for management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor legal updates and new regulations affecting business operations, report findings to supervisors, and communicate implications to relevant departments.
  • Handle other assigned duties, such as ensuring compliance with Personal Data Protection laws (PDPA).

Responsibilities

Pre-sales (Sales support)
  • Inquire product samples (base food science + regulation knowledge) from overseas suppliers.
  • Arrange specification sheet and reverent quality documents for customers review,ensure that there is meet with FDA regulation and customer required.
  • Training Sales team to understand concept, benefit and application of a new product.
  • Repeat existing products and provide technical information.
  • Liaison and support foreign suppliers to visit customers.
  • Attend lab scale test (if any) to collect information and result then feedback to suppliers.
Post-sales
  • Participate for investigation if customer found problem in technique or quality issue.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute content creation to support campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing/sales objectives.
  • Develop creative content in various formats, such as articles, images, and videos, for online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce creative assets, including still images, short-form videos, motion graphics, and infographics.
  • Manage content schedules to meet deadlines, while reviewing, proofreading, and refining content for accuracy.
  • Attend events and activities to capture photos/videos, and produce and publish real-time content for online platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to continuously generate innovative ideas for content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide consultations, recommend products and promotions, and successfully close sales across all online platforms.
  • Maintain messaging standards to ensure accurate communication in both Thai and English, while meeting Response Time and Customer Satisfaction KPIs.
  • Oversee after-sales service, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain strong customer relationships, and gather feedback to report to supervisors.
